Well I have fair skin dont really tan and red hair. Im going to Sharm el Sheikh in August, where Im expecting the weather to reach 35C + each day. What are all the things I should be doing and can I still swim in the pools and the sea?
No sunbathing from 11 AM to 4 PM. Wear a cap always during the day or around the pool, anyway the hair may protect your head for some limits but your face needs the cap. Sunglasses will protect your eyes and sunblock or any kind of skin protection would be fine to protect your skin. Inside the pool wont be a problem or in the sea, from time to time the water will moisture the face and head if you swim or move in water. Try to drink more water or enough water specially during the day, that will be the most important protection of all. Avoid alcoholics as possible as it’s not suitable with hot weather at all. If you will be very active and sweat, try to keep the salt level in your food as it goes out with sweat and the body needs it for keeping the blood pressure in the normal level.
Some people who didn’t use to travel in different weather may have travel diarrhea in the first 24 or 48 hours. Don’t worry it happens everywhere in the world but not everyone.
Last thing : Many people don’t do or use any of the above advices and they enjoy their time without any problem till they go back home lol … wish you enjoy your time.
