Some of the crazy IBM blades will not run Windows Server because they use PPC architecture rather than x86 (i.e. Cell B.E. Blade servers) For flexibility and ease of use I would stick to Xeon/Opteron rack units. I have heard great things from both Sun Microsystems as well as IBM however I think IBM has the better support structure.<br><b>References : </b><br> Which IBM and Which Sun?
