Which server is good IBM or SUN? Can we run Linux/Unix or Windows on Sun servers?
Which IBM and Which Sun? Some of the crazy IBM blades will not run Windows Server because they use PPC architecture rather than x86 (i.e. Cell B.E. Blade servers) For flexibility and ease of use I would stick to Xeon/Opteron rack units. I have heard great things from both Sun Microsystems as well as IBM however I think IBM has the better support structure.

Either server is fine and yes you can run Unix\linux and windows on sun servers

IBM is BENZ
SUN is FORD
And you can run lunux/unix/windows well on sun servers
