Besides being rational, newspapers are here to sell and make $$$….so they sensational-ize, create waves of fanatical-ness. What they write need not be totally truthful. Half truths will do…but to what degree? That’s up to the editors and owners of the newspaper. So its anybody’s guess as to how near the truth it is! Of course conscience wise one should not cheat and tell lies just to sell your papers and make money……but then some editors have no morals and will twist and turn to create that sensation…..can always apologise when proven wrong ma! This can be termed ‘advertising or in this case editoral licence’ – after all depending on your analysis ‘figures can be made to tell lies!’ and speculation and assumptions used to tweak a statement to sound correct!

honestly dude dont read the tabloids coz they,re seriously rubbish.
i,ve stopped reading tabloids 4 years ago and believe me the world is a nicer place. your own area is a nicer place. you,ll realise that the fear of "immigrants, terrorism, food scares, muggings, etc etc" is not there but put there by the papers for one reason.
