there’s a saw blade kind of but it’s not homing unfortunately it’s called the “Razor Wind” I would compare it to a mitre saw if you took all the fancy gizmos off and just kept the blade
Also I’ve never played Sonic 3 unfortunately I grew up with Nintendo cause it does
